Full Coordination

A collaborative planning experience beginning up to six months before your wedding, with a dedicated coordinator guiding vendor selection & booking, creating your customized timeline, and helping bring every detail of your vision together, while prioritizing your goals and budget. Monthly planning meetings ensure everything stays organized and on schedule as your wedding day approaches.

From day one, your coordinator prepares to oversee every detail of your wedding. From the rehearsal through the big day, we'll ensure everything runs seamlessly so you can relax and fully enjoy your celebration.

Partial Coordination

Coordination package with support beginning up to 60 days before your wedding. Your coordinator will assist with all vendor logistics, finalizing your timeline, and ensuring no detail is forgotten. Providing guidance throughout those final weeks, helping you navigate any last-minute details with confidence.

On your wedding day, your coordinator will be managing vendors, directing the ceremony, overseeing the reception, tracking the timeline, and handling end-of-night breakdown. With every detail professionally managed, you can relax and enjoy each moment with your family and friends.
